The prices are really affordable. There are some things when whether you’re building a new house or you’re doing your new remodeling project, there are some things that you want to look at to make sure you’re getting a quality product. Obviously, looks are important, but there are also some things that are kind of hidden within the product. Make sure that it’s gonna last for a long time. Take a look at this designer stock vanity. We used in our last bathroom remodel it has some great custom features, like full overlay doors, bottom edge trim, and legs that lift the vanity off the floor. It even came with brushed nickel hardware.
The vanity looks nice, but what about the quality? We don’t see here what about the quality features that are built into the product. One of the first features for a quality vanity is a plywood box. Bathrooms have a lot of humidity in them so it’s important to have a cabinet constructed out of plywood as opposed to particleboard. Another important quality features of our dovetail drawers this joint helps keep the drawer together. Instead of relying solely on glue or small staples, these can break free with extended use over time. It’s also nice to see the drawer boxes made out of plywood or solid wood as the particleboard will break down over time. With the moisture levels in the bathroom, it’s also nice to have a full extension drawer, where you can easily get to the items in the back. One of the really nice things about this particular vanity is the full overlaid doors and drawers. Full overlaid just means that the cabinet face frames are fully covered by the doors and drawer fronts it really provides a nice clean custom look. Be sure when you’re installing these full overlay vanities that you’ve got space clearance at the wall. At the casing for the door make sure you can get those open properly and completely.
Another item to look for in potential vanities in different storage solutions. Here we have a plastic container to place wet sponges in and also a holder to maximize storage for cleaning products. Another quality item to look for is solid wood doors instead of having plastic inserts. This vanity has solid wood one other consideration you may want to think about is the height of the vanity. This one’s at 34,5 inches which makes it a 36 by the time. We get the vanity top on which is much more comfortable, much like a kitchen countertop. So that’s about it guys when it comes to vanities you want something that looks good, but you also want it to last. Plywood construction is important, dovetail drawers are good. Some of the designer features that are located in these stock vanities. That are out there are great or some great bargains out there. Just take your time making sure that you find a good quality product that’s going to last for years.
